For example, if you see a necklace that you like but don't see earrings or a bracelet that match, let me know, and I can design complementary pieces. I sincerely hope that you will love whatever you purchase, but that is sometimes not the case. In that case, I accept returns for exchange, credit, or refund, less shipping and insurance, as long as the following conditions are met: 1) Contact me within 24 hrs of receipt of your purchase. 2) A returned item must be in its original condition/no alterations, damage, or evidence of wear. 3) The item must be mailed, with proper insurance, within 3 business days of your receipt of it.
